Basis Group LLC is a privately held company that builds and operates the infrastructure behind a portfolio of direct-to-consumer brands.
We do not run a public storefront of our own. Each brand in the portfolio operates under its own identity, and a customer's relationship is with that brand directly. What sits underneath every one of them — payments, fulfillment, customer service, compliance, and the systems that hold those together — is Basis Group LLC.
We are intentionally small in headcount: a focused operating team, supported by partners chosen for their excellence in specific disciplines rather than a large internal staff duplicating work across brands.
